The year after I graduated from college, I was lost.
A newly-minted English degree in hand, I had a grand total of ZERO job opportunities.
So, I did the only thing that seemed to make sense of the time: moved to Israel with nothing more than a backpack, my backgammon set and a journal.
That year abroad turned into a life-changing, psychic house-cleaning for me.
I wasn’t burdened by possessions.
I lived off the grid.
I wiped away drama-filled relationships from college and started fresh.
This week ahead is your chance at your own PSC (Psychic Spring Cleaning).
The challenge:
CLEAN OUT ONE THING FROM YOUR LIFE YOU NO LONGER NEED
We MUST do this. We hang on to things.
Clothes.
Books.
Gadgets.
Friendships.
Routines.
You can take this literally, and clean out closets at home. Use the Marie Kondo’s Kon Mari method and only keep items which “spark joy.”
Or, take a few minutes and journal out, using the best pen you can find, what baggage in your life you need to clean out. Be bold & courageous.
Commit.
Clean Out.
Find an accountability buddy and do it together.
