Welcome to Day 3 of your Meditation Challenge!
Hopefully, at this point, you are already feeling inclined to make this part of your daily routine. If not, like with any new habit, remain committed to it until it is instilled in your daily “to do’s.”
Today’s rundown is super simple:
1. You will choose whether you will use the Headspace app and do another guided mediation of your choice (at minimum 5 minutes in length today) or repeat yesterday’s mindfulness meditation. Some people love guided meditations, while others prefer breath-based mindfulness practices. Whichever feels intuitively right for you, do.
2. Once you are done, take a few moments to recognize how these three days of practicing has been for you. What has your mind had to say about it? How are you feeling emotionally? What has been coming up for you? Allow yourself to think on these questions, as it will come in handy for tomorrow’s final piece of this mediation challenge.

Like Casey mentioned or our Instagam stories yesterday, it is totally normal to feel emotional when you start a meditation practice. Essentially, you are doing for your mind, emotional body and Spirit what a juice cleanse would do for your physical body. Allow what comes up to surface, without judgement, and feel the feels. This is how you can begin to let go of what you no longer need. More to come on this.
