Before we get to the final day of our meditation challenge, we just want to say THANK YOU! So many of you have been participating in this challenge as well as posting about it on social media, and we are so grateful to be part of your practice, even if just for this week.
Today’s challenge is simple:
-Spend 5 minutes journaling about your experience meditating. What was it like? What emotions, feelings, and sensations came up for you? How do you feel? This is not about judging the experience or “how you did” with the challenge, rather just noticing what it has been like. This is important, because often as we begin a meditation practice, a LOT comes up, and journaling helps us asses and assimilate it all.

Though today does not specifically involve a meditation in the challenge, we really do hope that it is something that you will make part of your daily routine. Practicing meditation is like being handed the keys to the kingdom- everything you need and want is on the other side of a quiet mind.
