Scare Your Soul is a volunteer courage movement which encourages us to push our comfort zones each week. This week, our challenge is to draft a list of 10 things you love about yourself. So often, we focus on what we DON’T like about ourselves, what we need to fix. This becomes a running commentary in our heads and affects everything we do.
This week, we courageous take a step back and focus on the relationship that is the most important one we have: the one with ourselves.
