I am currently the Housekeeping Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland.
One small think I do now that makes me feel courageous is saying no. My entire life I had always been a yes person, and for a long time I never saw how that would be a weakness until I was working 80 hour weeks and found that it was detrimental to my well-being. I was afraid to say no but now I feel better every time I do.
A courageous act I would like to tackle is, instead of taking the time to journal my thoughts/feelings/ideas for the day, I would like to share them out loud and discuss with a close friend.
